BioMarin of San Rafael

BioMarin was a tenant improvement project. It consisted of two floors in one building and four floors of an adjacent building at the San Rafael Corporate Center.

HVAC Controls installed a Siemens control system. The project included 180 zones, 15 transfer fans, 3 new control panels, a computer room air conditioning system, CO2 monitoring, and a fitness room exhaust system.

This was a fast-track job. The job was brought in on time and on budget.
